Job description
  • Perform all standard of accounting duties.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records of a combined multi-transaction
  • Check all recording of other accountants to ensure that is correct.
  • Prepare in a timely manner all monthly financial information including monthly accounts, balance sheets, P&L, TB; consolidate package of Group and all management reports as requested.
  • Prepare or check all tax reports and others are required.
  • Work with internal, external audit and Tax Department.
  • Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters e.g. staff, office operations and other relevant issues and ensure that the company is informed of such matters.
  • Other tasks as required.

– Receive PO from customer, send PO to supplier/ oversea agent;

– Follow up PO, update shipping schedule to customer;

– Checking the accuracy of shipping docs for import shipment;

– Issue and send shipping documents to customer: Invoice, packing list, DO, Contract, COA… for cargo from general and bonded warehouse;

  • Follow up daily staff timesheet, check & calculate monthly staff overtime claim
  • Monthly calculate salary, remuneration,
  • Monthly check bank statement, Foreigners claim expenses, collect invoice for these expenses then calculate and declare PIT to tax
  • Make a raising wage decisions/Annex of labor contract for all staffs according to result of evaluation
  • Check payment requests of Managers relating to business trip and entertainment, get invoices and amend invoice if needed
  • Calculate and declare PIT to tax monthly
  • Do finalization of PIT to tax yearly.
  • Follow up and prepare HR decisions, legalize all company expense and avoid non-CIT case
  • Make program, agenda for company events: company year-end party, welcome or farewell party
  • Make all docs relate to terminate labor contract with resign person according to Vietnam Labor regulation, support Foreigners to move belonging, housing liquidation matters when terminate their assignment
  • Do 5S, maintain daily to keep this activity in daily routine.
  • Support and liaise with PIC in Hochiminh office for personnel tasks.
