General Accountant, working in Hanoi Office

We are currently seeking applications from candidates for the position of General Accountant in Hanoi Office. You will be joining a team of professional staff in a challenging and friendly working environment.

Job description
  • Perform all standard of accounting duties.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records of a combined multi-transaction
  • Check all recording of other accountants to ensure that is correct.
  • Prepare in a timely manner all monthly financial information including monthly accounts, FS; consolidate package, management reports as requested.
  • Check all tax reports and others are required.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Displays excellent time management and problem solving skills.
  • Work with internal, external audit and Tax Department;
  • Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters e.g. staff, office operations and other relevant issues and ensure that the company is informed of such matters;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Other tasks as required;
Requirement
  • University degree in Accounting and Finance;
  • Year old age from 30 -35;
  • Good English skills;
  • Over 5 years of experience in general accounting;
  • Familiar with MS. Office, SAP software;
  • Honest, responsible, team work skill;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Job description
  • Receive PO from Customers and check stock levels and delivery times
  • Plan and prepare the delivery schedule in order to meet the customer delivery due date
  • Issue P/O to supplier for purchase and order of trading material according to plan
  • Make arrangements for deliveries of trading materials
  • Issue invoices and request D/O from suppliers or transports
  • Control stock levels of trading materials for normal deliveries
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries of trading
  • Work and negotiate with customers
  • Reflect all work in company systems
  • Any task assigned by superior

Requirement
  • 2 years experiences relate to import-export field
  • University degree relates to logistics/ import-export field.
  • Having strong communication and negotiation skills (both in Vietnamese and English)
  • A good team player
  • Good in English.
  • MS Office skill (especially Excel), careful, attention to detail and accuracy.
